Welcome back, Bronzies! This week, we take a look at Buffy the Vampire Slayer season 2, episodes 13 and 14!

In "Phases," the Scoobies have to deal with a werewolf that's terrorizing Sunnydale — and the hunter who's after it. At least one of the gang will never be the same...

Then in "Bewitched, Bothered, Bewildered," it's Valentine's Day in Sunndale and all is not well. Xander — with the help of Amy, who's following in her mother's footsteps — conjures up a love spell to improve his dating life, with disastrous results.

Ep. 14 - “Surprise” / “Innocence”

"To kill this girl... you have to love her."

This week, we visit two game-changing episodes of Buffy the Vampire Slayer: season two episodes thirteen and fourteen.

In "Surprise," it's Buffy's birthday! While the Scoobies plan a surprise party, Spike and Drusilla are busy assembling an indestructable demon named The Judge, who it's said can kill with a single touch.

Then in "Innocence," Angelus is back! After experiencing a moment of happiness with Buffy, Angel has reverted to his old demon-infested self and his main mission is to get rid of Buffy. Meanwhile, The Judge is recovering his full power...

This week, we're joined by special guest Vanessa Levin-Pompetzki (@vanesalevpom).

Come back next week as we take a look at the fifteenth and sixteenth episodes of season two!

Ep. 13 - “Ted” / “Bad Eggs”

"Buffy, I believe the subtext here is rapidly becoming, uh, text."

We're back in Monster of the Week territory this week with season two, episodes eleven and twelve!

In "Ted," Buffy's mom is dating a new man (John Ritter!). Buffy's not too thrilled about it, while Joyce and the Scoobies seem to really like having him around. But Ted isn't exactly what he seems...

In "Bad Eggs," the gang is given eggs to take care of as part of a sex ed assignment, but it turns out that these eggs are (I'm sorry) a bit rotten.

Tune in next week as we welcome a special guest to the show to discuss the next two episodes of BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER

Ep. 11 - “Lie To Me” / “The Dark Age”

"I've known you for two minutes and I can't stand you. I don't really feature you living forever."

This week on Meet Me At The Bronze, we're taking a look at the seventh and eighth episodes of Buffy The Vampire Slayer's second season!

In "Lie To Me," an old friend of Buffy's is transferred to Sunnydale High, but it turns out he's got other, nefarious plans: he's a part of an underground, vampire-worshipping club and plans to sell out the Slayer to Spike for a chance at becoming immortal.

And in "The Dark Age," we get a glimpse into Giles' seedy past when a demon named Eyghon — who was conjured up by Giles and his friends in their youth — comes to town.

Ep. 10 - “Reptile Boy” / “Halloween”

"Well, this is just...neat!"

This week, our rewatch takes us to season two episodes five and six.

In "Reptile Boy," Buffy shuns her Slayer duties to go to a frat party with Cordelia. Things quickly go downhill as the girls are drugged and offered up as sacrifices to an ancient serpent demon!

And in "Halloween," Buffy and her friends buy costumes from a new shop in town that turns them all into whatever they're dressed up as. Meanwhile, Spike takes advantage of the ensuing chaos and we get a little bit of backstory for Giles, aka Ripper, who has a history with the mysterious owner of the costume shop.

We're joined this week by special guest Hilary Thomas to discuss these two episodes! Join us again next week, as our rewatch continues with "Lie To Me" and "The Dark Age."

"You were there? Oh, please. If every vampire who said he was at the crucifixion was actually there, it would've been like Woodstock."

In "School Hard," Buffy has to to her best to not get expelled by helping to plan Parent Teacher Night all the while also trying to prevent the local vamps from taking over during the upcoming St. Vigeous. Oh, and there are a couple of new arrivals by the names of Spike and Drusilla that wanna shake things up a bit...

From there, we move onto "Inca Mummy Girl," where an ancient mummy is unknkowingly set loose in Sunnydale and is literally sucking the life out of its citizens. Coincidentally, Xander has fallen for Buffy's beautiful South American exchange student.
